Here's the recipe:
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 cup hot chamomile tea
1 cup apple cider vinegar
dash of fresh lemon juice
This one is easy to brew for someone who's under the weather. I'm infusing this remedy with my strongest healing intentions, for anyone who may need them.
